Carl started working in commercial real estate in 1981 in southern Texas.  In 1984 he helped to found Solaris, a development corporation that expanded and evolved into Overland Capital.

Catherine began in the world of residential real estate where she was a top 10 earning agent for over a dozen years, before joining her husband in commercial development. 

Joe graduated from Kansas State with an undergraduate degree in Economics and from Penn State with a masters in Business.  Joe has a passion for identifying and developing projects that other companies may overlook.  Joe directly oversees a dedicated team of project managers and development consultants.
